How did Six Points get its name? “Six Points began using the Elk logo as a symbol of determination people in Gunnison with disabilities have for abundant lives in work, recreation and living. The name Six Points was easy to remember and seemed to encompass the changing programs and services our clients wanted or needed in order to grow. This included children’s programs, work experience for high school, paid work for adults, job placement services and work evaluations for a few hundred people. |
